Reconditioning Process
Each Skyjack machinery before disassembly would be carefully checked with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates. Prior to being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
The Recon Division at Skyjack has all the required equipment to perform a professional, high quality paint job. They provide a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Each and every Skyjack machinery put back together based on OEM standards and some components are replaced with new ones. The components that get replaced includes: filters and hoses, the hydraulic fluids, 110V outlet, joystick controllers and the main electrical cables and main control. Furthermore, each unit is given new batteries, tires and bushings and battery cables and worn pins are replaced.
The 1st and 2nd tiers have a load capacity of ninety thousand pounds, the TXLC-974 in the 3rd and 4th tiers offers an 85,000 lbs load capacity. These models provide a 97 inch center of load. When at one hundred six inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is 82,000 pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers and in the 3rd and 4th tiers it is still rated at 80,000 pounds.
